Fueled by a spark for dance and a heart for child care and development, Ashley launched Lil Beats & Bops movement classes to encourage kids’ creative expression and nurture their social emotional growth.

Ashley is both a dynamic dancer and a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) specializing in children and families. She holds a BA in Psychology with a focus on child development, plus a Master’s degree in Social Work. Raised in the bustling streets of NYC as a competitive dancer, she’s danced through life across all sorts of styles: hip hop, acrobatics, ballet, contemporary, jazz, and beyond.

With 13 vibrant years of hands-on experience with children including teaching dance classes, assisting in nursery schools, nannying, working summer camps, or supporting kids as a child and adolescent therapist, Ashley’s dedication to children’s growth and creative expression shines through! She is excited to share her passion for dance, along with her love for teaching and child development, through every joyful movement classes at Lil Beats & Bops!
